I would add if someone on the team expresses they don’t like it, ask what don’t they like about. Their response could lead to an area the person doesn’t understand OR the person could share a concern that hasn’t been thought of and may be a valid concern.

Thanks for the thought provoking content. Another thing I think many of us, including myself, are sometimes guilty of is taking silence (lack of questions) as being indicative of audience having a good understanding of what has been communicated. We ask if anyone has questions and all we hear is crickets. This is a great opportunity to employ some of the tools you suggest.
